Therma Tech installed our new central AC system today and I couldn't be happier. We've been using them for several years and it finally got to the point where replacement was the only option. Henry and his team were above and beyond expectations. Fair, friendly, very knowledgeable experts, answered all of our questions, clean installation, and didn't over sell us. We love working with local businesses, and Therma Tech didn't disappoint one bit.
The Therma Tech technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my air conditioner and what needed to be fixed (with photographs as visual aids even). He also answered my unrelated questions about the furnace. He was patient and polite and very quick with the repair. The cost seemed reasonable. All in all, I'd recommend Therma Tech and will probably sign up for maintenance with them.

Therma Tech upgraded my furnace from a single unit gas furnace to a two floor heat pump system about 4 months ago. My desires were for a quieter system and one that could fix the large temperature extreme between my first and second floor. Therma Tech did an excellent job in both areas and gave me the best price by far over all their competitors. I am extremely happy with the results and love my new system.
The job involved removing my existing gas furnace and associated AC. They added a heat pump compressor outside and separate air handlers for both the first and second floors (one in place of the old furnace and one in the attic). The system is significantly quieter and I really enjoy the independent control of temperature for each floor. As a bonus powering the heat pump takes significantly less energy than before, and the energy is provided by my solar system.
Lar, their sales engineer, spent a significant amount of time up front with me outlining options and trade offs. And he was there thru the entire installation process, in case I had any questions or concerns. The installers were a great crew. Very smart. Extremely courteous. Proactive in making sure I knew what they would be doing and when. And they kept everything clean after each day was over.
Their customer support group is also as good as any I've seen. They were quick and responsive during the installation and permit process, and didn't forget about me after the job was done. For example, after I was running for a couple months I had a question about a smell, that I thought came from the air handler. They took my concerns seriously and had someone out in a day. On site, the tech support person went through my concerns and resolved everything.

They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We had a problem with stalled AC unit on a "sunny Sunday afternoon", called them at 8am Moday and got a technician at our property at 9:45 same morning. Problem was identified and fixed within 20 min. Thumbs up!

Outstanding service! Came home from grocery shopping to find our condenser unit had failed, 5:30 PM on Friday! Hottest day of the week as well, Called Therma Tech. Had a technician on site within 30 minutes. Tech was on his way home and turned around to service our system. Repairs completed quickly and we were back on line in less than an hour! Nice and quick got ac working again
Therma Tech came on time and Jared was respectful by putting on his boot cover when he came in our house. Asked what the problem was and where our HVAC, and compressor located. Did his checks and picture taking, diagnosed the problem and replaced what needs to be done plus he washed our compressor. Quickly solved our cooling issue in less than an hour. Summarized what he did and offer things that needs to be done in the future. Gave me my bill and discount, paid with credit card and he left afterwards. It was a pleasant experience and recommend this company to friends.

I appreciate the service Therma Tech provided especially today (7/11/2025) that was forecasted to have heat wave hitting 97F. Expected a whole day work, the job got done in early afternoon and I'm able to enjoy my AC now.
When my less than one year old AC began blowing heat rather than cool air, I called Therma Tech from who I purchased the system. Their response was immediate and an example of A+ customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the technician who arrived to diagnose
