I appreciate the service Therma Tech provided especially today (7/11/2025) that was forecasted to have heat wave hitting 97F. Expected a whole day work, the job got done in early afternoon and I'm able to enjoy my AC now.
When my less than one year old AC began blowing heat rather than cool air, I called Therma Tech from who I purchased the system. Their response was immediate and an example of A+ customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the technician who arrived to diagnose
the issue! Edwardo was not only knowledgeable and skilled in addressing the functioning of my heat and air conditioning units, but he was very respectful, kind, and fully invested in keeping me informed on what and why he was doing whatever he was checking. Cooling season service for 2 furnaces and condensers. All was completely promptly and efficiently. Nothing needed to be done.
25 year-old furnace blower motor and circular fan self destructed on Monday. Called Therma tech on Tuesday. Service person confirmed problem on Wednesday, and got quote for replacement Carrier furnace which was reasonable. Furnace replaced on Thursday. All in the middle of a hot August week. This is my kind of company.

I had my heater and air conditioner installed by Therma tech last year. It has been a year and the system runs well. The team that came and installed my system worked diligently and carefully. I can tell they do their work with care. Last week I had my first maintenance and the technician Samantha Mercado went above and beyond to ensure all my questions answered and all my concerns addressed. She carefully checked the system and explained to me what’s need to be done now and in the future.

Jared was on time for the yearly maintenance: very corteous and professional, fully equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, focused on changing the filter and checking that everything else was working well with the furnace Therma Tech installed a year ago. Then we walked together with a gadget, to make sure the heating was working well in each and every vent in the home. Congrats, Jared!

The technician arrived early and was very pleasant and efficient. She was friendly and explained what she was doing and what the problem was. It was fixed quickly and without issue. We are very happy with the work.

Amazing service and techs, start to finish. I needed service during the heat waves, they were prompt, knowledgable, diagnosed the issue and provided solutions fairly and honestly. Will use and reco again and again, they're best in class.
Called Therma Tech today, 7/24/24 @ 11am and they were able to fit me in their schedule the same day. My appt window was from 1-3 but Henry Elia was able to come earlier and arrived at around 12:20. He opened my AC outside unit and as I'm expecting it was due to bad compressor. He gave me 2 options for a fix, 1) new compressor only with 1 yr warranty for $290 2) new compressor and install a compressor booster with 3 yrs warranty for $590. I opted for option 2 and he gave me a $40 discount which is much apppreciated. It's still alot of money but to not suffer and for me and my family's health I think it was worth the money. Now I'm sitting in my cool house and thankful for the blessing that I'm able to have it fix. Thank you Therma Tech and THANK U HENRY! 🙏
