We recently had our 24 year old HVAC system replaced in our home with Carrier 18 SEER variable Heat Pumps and eFurnaces. We had originally planned to replace our Furnaces and Compressors but unlike other companies Lar came out and explained in detail - very simply - the difference in functionality and efficiency between our current system and a variable heat pump/blower/coil system. He examined what we had and where the new system components would be installed, taking into account all codes and checking potential issues with the inspector real time beforehand. Henry the owner even came out to check potential issues within minutes...There were no surprises whatsoever! The cost to replace our current HVAC system with Heat Pumps vs. furnaces and compressors was the the same, except there are no rebates when replacing furnaces. However, we will be receiving 11.5K in rebates total for installing electric heat pumps. In addition we won't be paying gas for furnaces and heat pumps are way quieter and way more efficient than our current compressors!

They even installed an additional vent in our family room a no cost! Called and within 40 minutes Samantha was at my house. The furnace is over 30 years old so I was expecting the worst and would have to replace it and within a half hour the furnace was working with just a small part that had to be replaced. I have to point out that Samantha was the most pleasant technician ever to work on my home, she took time to explain what she found, took pictures of the whole process and recommended to change the filters, shook my hand and was on her way. Highly recommended Therma Tech.

Cannot say enough about our experience with Therma Tech. Called them on a Friday about setting up a maintenance program for our heater and air conditioner. They had a tech out the next Monday.

Samantha with Therma Tech is FABULOUS! Always very thorough and detailed with her investigations, analysis, explanations and repairs. She's competent, efficient and friendly - you can tell she really likes her job and the people she works with - and it's really great to see a female face excited to be in this service related industry. Therma Tech is a well run company, reasonable pricing with great systems for communication all the way from the front desk/admin side, to the estimators, installers and follow up managers and coordinators to finish off with permits to ensure the job was done well and value of the installation is completed. Thermatech did an amazing job with our whole house HVAC heat pump/inverter/dual fuel system. One day for subcontractor to pull out the old ducting and asbestos, 3 days to put in and test all aspects of our new climate control system with integrated air scrubber.
The heating works smoothly - can hardly wait to not notice the next heatwave when we’re inside our house!
I have to add, that in addition to the obvious mastery of their trade, all of their employees I met are just outstanding people as well: patient, courteous and thoughtful. It seems like they make good hires and treat their people right!
Addendum: when Andrew from ThermaTech came out for the final quality review, he found and corrected minor issues that I wouldn't have even been aware of, and helped me learn the final things I needed to know about my Google Nest Thermostat (which is easy to use, but understanding the optimal switch point between heat pump and alternative (gas) heat is something that pros know and I don't).
I'm wholly satisfied with the whole experience and the final result and will be recommending ThermaTech to friends and family based on it.
