Therma Tech came on time and Jared was respectful by putting on his boot cover when he came in our house. Asked what the problem was and where our HVAC, and compressor located. Did his checks and picture taking, diagnosed the problem and replaced what needs to be done plus he washed our compressor. Quickly solved our cooling issue in less than an hour. Summarized what he did and offer things that needs to be done in the future. Gave me my bill and discount, paid with credit card and he left afterwards. It was a pleasant experience and recommend this company to friends.

When my less than one year old AC began blowing heat rather than cool air, I called Therma Tech from who I purchased the system. Their response was immediate and an example of A+ customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the technician who arrived to diagnose
the issue! Edwardo was not only knowledgeable and skilled in addressing the functioning of my heat and air conditioning units, but he was very respectful, kind, and fully invested in keeping me informed on what and why he was doing whatever he was checking. Edwardo was intent on making sure I understood not only what he was doing and why, but also comprehended how the AC should be functioning.
The quality and genuineness of care was reassuring and refreshing ! I highly recommend this company and certainly value the service Edwardo provided to me.
